Mother Earth is calling.

And a generation is answering...

THE LIVING COMMONS

Gathering to Unite and Mobilize for Planetary Regeneration by 2044

Building a New Culture of Relationship, Regeneration, and Shared Wealth - Guided by Life, for Life.

The First Wave is Gathering.

We’re not just joining a community.

We’re shaping the culture, rhythm, and spirit of a Global Living Commons that everyone belongs to and supports all Life.

 Why Are We Gathering?

The world is unraveling…

Global, extractive, dominance-based systems are fragmenting communities, eroding trust, and collapsing ecosystems.

We’ve been living in separation…

For thousands of years now, separation from Nature and from Indigenous ways of being has negatively shaped how we live, relate, and even see ourselves.

But we are remembering…

As the world comes apart, more and more of us are awakening. We are remembering. We are feeling the call to live in truth, unity, and service to Life.

And we are coming back together...

Gathering with others who share this awareness and commitment – stepping beyond inspiration and into collective action.

This is The Living Commons.

The first wave of a generation gathering for Earth — a global movement of Gen Z and allies building a new culture of relationship, regeneration, and shared wealth.

Guided by Life, for Life.

How TLC Works

TLC is Where Gen Z Gathers to Join in a REVOLution of LOVE and Regeneration for All Life on Earth.

1

Gather

Join a generation rising in love and meaningful purpose. We gather in a shared field of trust and belonging.

2

Contribute

Find common ground and align around a collective agreement of planetary regeneration.

3

Mobilize

As energy circulates, it naturally takes root in communities — creating co-ops, restoration projects, and community-owned wealth that allow all Life to thrive.

This is The Great Shift: humans moving back into meaning, purpose, and belonging — and wealth and assets moving back into the Commons — all to be stewarded with Life and for Life.

Meet The Stewards

Behind The Living Commons is a collective of visionary stewards—bridge-builders, artists, systems thinkers, and soul-led strategists—devoted to regenerating how we live, lead, and belong. They are the heartwood of this digital village, weaving wisdom, technology, and care into a living system where purpose is ignited, community is real, and a life-affirming future becomes tangible.

Ben Clark

TLC Trustee of the ERA Purpose Trust

Ben Clark is a heart-led Gen Z devoted to remembering our shared belonging with all Life. From a young age, he found home in Nature—drawn to the wildness beyond our civilized world. Like many children, he dreamed of a life filled with ease, play, connection, and creativity—a world far from the rigid schedules and permission slips of modern society.

Feeling different and anxious, Ben’s journey from self-rejection to self-love awakened a deep remembering: that humans are not separate from Life, we are expressions of it. Now serving as the TLC Trustee of the ERA Purpose Trust, he is gathering Gen Z to unite in a culture of care—mobilizing a movement where Earth is honored as kin and regeneration becomes our collective way of life.

Mandy Magil

TLC Trustee of the ERA Purpose Trust

Mandy Magill is a regenerative systems-designer, public speaker and intuitive networker devoted to reawakening our collective relationship with Mother Earth. As a Trust Steward of the Earth Regeneration Alliance (with a decade of experience working in the Regenerative Migration), she leads the cultivation of bioregional and global networks, regenerative migration narratives and design, and community-driven pathways toward regeneration.

With a gift for translating vision into grounded momentum, Mandy ensures that ERA and TLC’s work stays connected to the heart of Nature, the passions of people, and the inevitability of a more beautiful future.

Jarrod Ferstl

TLC Trustee of the ERA Purpose Trust

Jarrod Ferstl is a cultural strategist and systems designer stewarding the emergence of a regenerative era. As Trustee of the ERA Purpose Trust, he guides the transition of wealth and enterprise from private ownership to collective stewardship through the Regenerative Succession Pathway.

Blending practical finance with cultural awareness, Jarrod weaves philanthropy, business, and community into living systems that restore balance and trust. Through The Living Commons, he invites people to gather, unite, and mobilize for a regenerative culture—turning the Great Wealth Transfer into the Great Regeneration, where purpose replaces profit and life becomes the measure of value.

Join The Movement

The Living Commons is built on shared stewardship – not profit.

  • If you can give more, please do.
Your generosity helps actualize the vision and opens the door for others.

Where your money goes:

  • 1. The TLC Fund: Flows directly to the TLC Fund, where it becomes flow funding for regenerative projects, bioregional initiatives, and community-led restoration efforts around the world within TLC.

  • 2. Core Stewardship: Sustains the humans tending the fire — the teams who are building, organizing, and guiding this movement.

  • 3. Collaboration & Learning: Supports teachers, elders, and experts who share their wisdom and skills with the community.

  • 4. Infrastructure: Covers essential technology and liquidity for long-term planning and adaptability.

This is The Living Commons.

A global field of Tender Loving Care — for people, for place, for planet.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What do you mean by “the Commons”?

The Commons is the shared wealth of life — land, water, air, knowledge, culture, and community resources — held not for private ownership but for collective stewardship, so that all beings may benefit across generations.

This isn’t a new idea. For most of human history, everything was just naturally in “the Commons” — people lived in relationship with each other and the Earth. It was only through colonization, ownership systems, and hierarchical structures that resources were taken out of the Commons and privatized. The Living Commons is about moving energy and life back into the Commons — returning what belongs to all life back into collective stewardship… where it’s meant to be.

Q:  Who owns TLC?

The Living Commons is the first business to be gifted to Earth Regeneration Alliance. At the heart of Earth Regeneration Alliance (ERA) is a 365-year Purpose Trust. ERA stewards finances and assets (like land, equity, and businesses) within the Commons. TLC is a human energy hub — gathering people, skills, and creativity – that brings human energy into relationship with money and assets that are largely held by older generations. Together, both human and financial/asset energies circulate back into local economies, enabling collective stewardship and regeneration.

Q: How does my contribution fund regeneration?

Contributions support operations of the TLC and the leftover profits go towards ecological restoration projects around the world (in partnership with Kinship Earth Flow Funding model).

Q: Is this only for Gen Z, or for everyone?

TLC is designed with Gen Z at the center because this generation is perfectly positioned to unite around and catalyze a global movement. This is the generation that has the energy, desire, and ability to move quickly into new ways of being that are regenerative and based in commUNITY and authentic connection. That said, all ages are welcome and are encouraged to join. Everyone has a role to play.

Q: What’s the benefit of being one of the first?

You’re shaping the culture from the ground up — literally stewarding the beginning of a living field that will grow for generations.

Q: Is this religious or political?

No. The Living Commons isn’t tied to any religion, ideology, or party. It’s a space for people of all beliefs who care about Life — a Commons of shared values like care, reciprocity, and regeneration.

Q: What if I don’t know much about regeneration or activism yet?

Perfect. You don’t need to come in as an expert — only curious and willing. TLC meets you where you are. You’ll learn, grow, and find your way of contributing naturally.

Q: How do local gatherings work?

TLC members organize local meet-ups, clean-ups, or creative projects. You can start something in your community or join others nearby. It’s about building relationship with real people and real places. Very soon we hope to have all meet-ups fully funded.

Q: What happens on the calls?

Calls range from wellness and somatic sessions, to live authentic conversations, to collaborative workshops with guests from the regenerative movement. You can come to as many or as few as you like — each one is designed to nourish, connect, and inspire action.

Q: Where is TLC based?

Everywhere and nowhere. TLC is a global field rooted in local action. Our stewardship teams are based across North America, but the Commons belongs to everyone who participates.

Q: Can organizations or older generations participate?

Absolutely. While Gen Z sits at the center, elders and aligned organizations play a vital role — mentoring, resourcing, and collaborating across generations.

Q: Is my contribution tax-deductible?

Not yet. TLC is held inside the Earth Regeneration Alliance Purpose Trust, which functions as a stewarding structure rather than a 501(c)(3). As the Commons matures, we’ll share transparent pathways for aligned philanthropic giving.

Q: How will I know where the money goes?

Transparency is part of our design. Quarterly flow reports will show exactly how contributions circulate — into core stewardship, tools, and flow-funding through Kinship Earth.

Mother Earth is calling.

And a generation is answering...
